The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are clean, with basic amenities and a nice view on the 7th floor.
Wifi signal was fair at best, could be improved.

This hotel offers great value for money and is very close to the new modern area of Panama City. The location is convenient as it is close to shopping malls and the Metro. I particularly enjoyed staying on the 7th floor with a good ocean view. The staff was friendly and provided good service, making sure that basic amenities were provided. The breakfast offered was also satisfying.
Some rooms on the second floor had a view of nothing but an empty lot full of garbage.

It is also very close to shopping malls, allowing guests to easily indulge in retail therapy. The hotel's proximity to Metro stop Loteria and the Metro system provides easy access to explore the city. The rooms on the 7th floor offer a nice view, allowing guests to enjoy a pleasant visual experience during their stay.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

We loved the hotel’s rooftop pool and the stunning scenic view of the city and sea. It was perfect for lounging in the evening, grabbing some drinks, and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of this city. Additionally, its central location made it very easy for us to explore the shopping malls and the modern area of this city, as it was very close to the Metro stop Loteria.
All was good.

The hotel lacks amenities like a gym, spa, or in-room coffee. Housekeeping could be more thorough.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the Metro and shopping malls. the new modern area of the city is also easily accessible from here. the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and flat screen TV, and the breakfast is included in the price. Some rooms also offer a view of the city and the sea.
The neighborhood around the hotel may not be the most desirable.

Great location, close to supermarkets, subway, and the oceanfront bike/walk paths. Rooftop pool with outstanding views. Good bed, TV, and AC in the room. Included breakfast with sit-down service. Convenient for exploring the city.

Great rooftop pool with amazing views and nice restaurant with friendly staff. Convenient location close to metro and coast.
Room was disappointing with outdated and noisy AC unit and lack of amenities such as bath products and closet space. Not recommended for solo female travelers due to lack of security.
